Yes.  In Arizona, if you refuse these tests once you are arrested (and you will know when you are arrested, that’s when they put handcuffs on you), the punishment is a 1-year suspension of your drivers' license.  If you fail the tests, most of the time you will only get a 90 day driver license suspension.  Also, if you refuse it will take the police about 20 minutes to get a search warrant and they will draw your blood against your will.
